Ricoh is developing a 1inch sensor compact with 75mm f/2.8 lens

Egami spotted a new Ricoh patent. It describes a new 75mm f/2.8 lens designed for a 1 inch compact camera. This is quite an unusual focal length for a compact camera with fixed lens. Not sure they are really going to make this for real!
