CameraBeta reports that OM Digital might launch a new OM-10 in early 2024
CameraBeta heard rumors about a possible new OM-10 coming in early 2024. There are yet no rumored specs for this camera. We can only speculate this might be a small updated version of the current E-M10IV.
Panasonic LUMIX DC-S1R production completed and sales discontinued in Japan
Asobinet reports that the S1R production completed and sales discontinued. One more sign the new Panasonic high resolution camera is coming soon. The other “sign” was the fact that Panasonic registered a new high end camera in China. Let’s hope we will get the new S1RII at the CP+ show in Japan which opens in February.

Yongnuo will soon announce four new APS-C lenses for E/X/R/Z mount cameras. And all of them will have built-in wireless for firmware updates and remote control:

New Hasselblad X2D firmware update and first 90mm f/2.5 V review
Hasselblad released a new firmware update for the X2D:
- Added face detection in Autofocus mode.*
* Face detection is not available for lenses without autofocus and should be enabled in Control Screen after firmware update. - Added the HEIF format with a colour depth of 10 bit. Select HEIF or RAW+HEIF as the image format in the Quality settings.
- Added live view support for tethered shooting when the camera is connected to the Phocus Mobile 2 app or Phocus for Mac.**
** The latest version of Phocus Mobile 2 or Phocus for Mac is required. - Optimised sensor calibration to improve image quality.
- Added support for Profoto A10 for Nikon in TTL mode. This flash is now compatible with the following air remotes: Profoto Connect Pro, Profoto Connect, and Air Remote TTL.
