New Fuji leaks: GF 250mm to cost around $3,500 and first images of the extension tubes

Tomorrow Fuji has (again) a new product announcement. Fujirumors says the new GF 250mm f/4.0 lens will be priced at around $3,500. And they also got a first impression by a source:

“Performance is top notch, on camera and zooming in it’s as sharp as the 110mm, super sharp! AF speed was very good, same as the 120mm macro and there wasn’t many light available. The image stabilizer is impressive, I was shooting iso1600 1/40 of a sec f4 handheld with amazing results”

Nokishita also leaked the images of the two new macro extension tubes:

CameraJabber interview with Nikon and Canon

CameraJabber summed up all rumors in one post and added these two video interviews and Canon and Nikon. At the end of the video they asked them about their fuure FF mirrorless but got a very standard answer. Canon and Nikon are still hiding their cards and I suspect the real camera launch isn’t as close as expected. My guess is that their FF mirrorless cameras will hit the market in 2019 and not in late 2018.
