First Sony A7IV leaked image and full leaked specs

SAR leaked the first image of the new Sony A7IV that will be announced on October 21. And the full specs are listed below.

Sony posted a teaser video and by mistake unveiled the A7IV specs!

Today Sony posted the official A7IV teaser. But on SAR people quickly noted that it contains a lot of keywords unveiling the A7IV specs. First it shows the camera name:

Sony A7IV to be announced this week. Here are all specs known so far…

Not even Sony China could hide the fact the A7IV is coming. They shortly posted this image and than removed it. Anyway, we do not expect big surprises when it’s announced on October 21. As all specs have already been leaked by SAR:

  • 3.69m dot EVF and LCD is improved too (1.44m dot???)
  • 4k30 video is oversampled from 7K
  • 4k 60p will be oversampled from 4.8k s35 mode and 10bit 4:2:2
  • 4k streaming (and FHD 60p streaming)
  • 5.5 stops of IBIS (+ AS)
  • Same A7sIII body design and same heatsink system.

Nikon patented a 35-50mm f/1.2 and 50-70mm f/1.2 lens! I guess they are only doing this for fun, just to show off what could be technically possible but still financially crazy. Below you can find the schematics and exact specs mentioned by the Japanese patent:
