Next week will see the start of the big PhotoPlus show. But there is really not much coming from the Micro Four Thirds companies and from Fuji. Olympus, Panasonic, Sony and Fuji will very likely not announce any new mirrorless system camera. Instead we will have to wait for February to get them:
Fuji is expected to launch a new X-PRO 2 in January-February.
Sony is expected to launch a new A6xxx in January-February.
Panasonic and Olympus will focus on a new entry level camera launch.
But all those companies will announce or show prototype of new lenses!
Fuji will show the new 35mm XF f/2.0 lens.
Sony will announce eight(!) new FE lenses.
Panasonic and Olympus will show their massive tele lens prototypes (100-400mm leica and 300mm f/4.0 Zuiko).
What about the other companies?
Well Canon just announced the M10, Leica will announce the SL on October 20 and Nikon….I dont know of any camera coming from Nikon…
